Bombardier delivered today the sixth CS100 aircraft, the smaller variant game-changing C Series platform, to Swiss. Bombardier has now delivered a total of eight C Series aircraft; six CS100 to SWISS and two CS300 to airBaltic.

In SWISS configuration the Bombardier CS100 will seat 125 passengers. With its advanced engine technology, systems and construction materials the new twinjet sets new benchmarks in comfort, economic and ecological terms. It is 10-15 decibels quieter than comparable aircraft types; and both its fuel consumption and its carbon dioxide emissions.

Swiss CS100s have a total of 125 seats — 20 in Business Class and 105 in Economy Class. C-Series aircraft are 5-abreast, in a 2-3 configuration. As a result, the cabin feels more spacious than a regular 3-3 short-haul aircraft. The interior is very elegant, with brown and beige tones similar to other interiors in the airline's fleet.
